About Us

Steady Ground Support Services fosters a community where every individual feels seen and heard, while championing your right to independence. We provide inclusive, NDIS-aligned care for individuals 15+ and their families across the Newcastle region. Our team specialises in supporting individuals living with disabilities, their families, and carers, particularly those who’ve struggled to access mainstream services due to language, cultural, or systemic barriers.

Our support is personal, culturally informed, and built around what you actually need. We help you develop skills, grow your confidence, and live independently, with the right people in your corner when you need them.
